EASY RETURNS AND REFUNDS
At French Country Collections, we want you to love what you've ordered. If your item is faulty or not what you expected, we're here to help.
Faulty or Incorrect items
- Let us know within 5 working days if there's an issue with your order. We'll sort it out quickly for you.
- We'll provide a Return Authorisation number and arrange a free collection of the faulty or incorrect item.
- Please pack the item securely with proof of purchase and, if possible, in its original packaging.
- Once we receive it, we'll assess and either send a replacement or refund your money promptly. If we can't replace it, we'll refund you.
Sale Items
- Even sale items are covered. If they're faulty, reach out to us and we'll assist you accordingly.
Returning Full-Priced Items
- Changed your mind about a full-priced item? No problem. Notify us within 5 days of receiving it and return it within 14 working days.
- Get a Return Authorisation number from us first.
- You'll be responsible for return shipping costs. Make sure the item is unused and in its original packaging with proof of purchase.
- Once we get it back, we'll process your return or exchange within 5 working days. If we're out of stock for an exchange, we'll refund you promptly.
